Dr. Dennis Valino Cantre finished BS Food Technology and MS Food Science in UP Los Baños. He finished his PhD in Bioscience Engineering in University of Leuven in Belgium in 2017. Food engineering was the one that inspired him to teach in the university. He is currently an Associate Professor and is actively pursuing research in the field of food engineering.
