Asst. Prof John Vincent Pleto is an Assistant Professor VI at the Environmental Biology Division, Institute of Biological Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences, University of the Philippines Los Banos. He is a graduate of BS Biology and MS Environmental Science at the University of the Philippines Los Banos. He is currently taking up PhD (by Research) in Biology at University of the Philippines Diliman. His research area and specialization are on Freshwater Ecology, Bioremediation, Plankton Ecology and Modelling Freshwater Ecosystems.
