TAP HSP is the banner public service arm of the DCERP providing planning-related technical assistance to local and national government agencies and; and private and civil society organizations. This is done through tapping the vast resources of the department in the form of its faculty, students, and alumni. TAP-HSP has three components namely Capacity Development for Planners, Young Professionals Mentoring, and Model Community/City for Sustainability and Resilience.
